I had a great experience working with Jesse, Penni, Carley, and the teams on each end of my cross country move. They were super responsive, checked in multiple times and were very accommodating as I was moving into a building with some tricky restrictions. This is my family’s third time using them for cross country moves and we’ve always been happy with our experience. From start to finish it was a smooth process and would definitely recommend them to someone looking to relocate out of state.

Very friendly and efficient service. I moved across several states and North American Van Lines set me up with a move coordinator and scheduled us with a contractor with great reviews. They also have a great price compared to other companies. Pick up and drop off of our belongings went very smoothly. Would highly recommend this company for long distance move.

We had a very pleasant experience with our out of state move. They were thorough from start to finish and they checked on us throughout the move. Mark and his team were great! Everything was packed and loaded quickly and with great care. We received everything in perfect condition.

I’ve moved my whole life in the Army, most recently moved from NC to NM, and both sides of the move loading and unloading were seamless. They rolled mats down to protect carpets, were sensitive to make sure not to damage walls or my property, and were friendly and efficient. Worth every penny, I’d use them every time in the future. Not a single item damaged, I packed everything myself. They disassembled and reassembled all my heavy furniture, I didn’t lift a finger in that aspect.

Top-notch, professional moving company. I solicited six quotes from three different companies. Carly was the only representative who quoted realistically. Carly accounted for all of our requests while being friendly and kind. Penni handled our move logistics. She checked in often, ensuring we were ready and communicated back with her team to align expectations. Tristan led the moving crew with six years of experience. He and his team loaded us carefully, asking questions and respecting our home. The move=in team took their time, placing boxes where directed to, and assembling everything. Tristan wouldn't let me help, and I honestly appreciated it. Great company!

We have moved several times and North American wins hands down!! From the initial sales call through the entire process was best ever. All staff were attentive, showed genuine concern to make it work as painless as possible. The office people, packers, unload and especially our driver Charles. Top notch all the way!! And I am not being paid for this review. We appreciate all the folks at North American that made this move as uneventful as moves go!!
